The entire instrument car is composed of a chassis car, a car body, a cabinet system, a camera system, a data acquisition system, a multi-pump control system, and a sand mixer control system. In view of the characteristics of the oilfield environment, the shockproof and sealing performance of the car body has been fully considered. The equipment is safe and reliable, and the vehicle performance, load distribution, and driving performance meet the national standards, which is suitable for driving on oilfield roads;
The standard configuration of the instrument car can control 8 fracturing cars and 1 sand mixing car at the same time, and can centrally monitor commonly used excitation, simulation, and frequency. The operation adopts touch operation mode, the engine and gearbox of the fracturing unit are controlled through the bus, and the liquid level and density of the sand mixer are automatically controlled through advanced control algorithms, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
