This equipment is mainly used for cementing operations of oil and gas wells. It can complete mixed cement slurry injection, mud injection, slurry replacement, impact pressure, etc., and can also be used for well washing, sand control, pressure test liquid injection and small-scale fracturing.
2. Features & Advantages
a. The dust control valve adopts a gate with an eccentric valve core structure for adjustment to prevent dust jams. The opening of the valve port conforms to the linear adjustment law, and is controlled by a precise hydraulic cylinder for fast and accurate adjustment;
b. The water regulating valve adopts a concentric valve core gate plate for adjustment, which is controlled quickly and accurately by a precise hydraulic cylinder;
c. The control system can adjust the flow of dry cement and water at the same time, and adjust the mud density quickly with the adjustment method of ash adjustment as the main and water adjustment to ensure the stability and uniformity of the mud;
d. HMI (Human Machine Interface) adopts touch screen, which can display construction data curve and work flow chart, which is convenient for the operator to monitor the operation status;
e. The operation interface and function keys are suitable for oilfield operation habits, the operation data input is simple, the operation is simple, and it is easy to learn and understand;
f. Using non-radioactive densitometer, no harm to human body, fast and accurate measurement;
g. The mud level of the mud tank is measured by guided wave radar, which effectively eliminates the measurement deviation caused by mud foam and stirring, and the mud level control is more accurate and reliable;
h. It can realize the monitoring of instantaneous displacement, cumulative displacement, mud density, pressure and other data, and it can be displayed in the form of a curve, and the data can be downloaded.
