1. HR4000 drilling rig is an alpine land cluster drilling rig with a maximum drilling depth of 4000m;

2. It is mainly used for oil and natural gas exploration and development in low-temperature environments (≥-45°C) such as the Russian Arctic, with a depth of 2500-4000m;

3. HR4000 drilling rig adopts advanced AC frequency conversion transmission and vector control technology to realize one-to-one control of AC motors such as winches, top drives, and turntables;

4. The control system adopts PLC and industrial bus communication technology to realize the integration of electric control, drilling instrument and visual system, so that the drilling rig has a high level of automation.

Quick-moving drilling rig

1. The quick-moving drilling rig is based on the second-generation quick-moving drilling rig developed by Kerui Petroleum in 2014. It creatively integrates the drilling rig derrick, base, twisting BOP remote control room, comprehensive hydraulic station and electric rope crane on a trailer. It is a new generation of fast-moving drilling rig with the fewest quick-moving modules, the highest degree of integration, and the shortest moving time in China;

2. The third-generation quick-moving drilling rig needs to be installed only when drilling for the first time. The generator set, VFDALMA electric control room, top drive electric control room, and mud pump set can all be hauled by wheels, which greatly reduces installation and transportation operations. Breakthroughs have been achieved in terms of modularity, portability and reliability;

3. The third-generation quick-moving drilling rig also uses a number of advanced technologies: the derrick is a two-stage telescopic design, and a hydraulic cylinder is used to control the lifting and telescoping, which greatly improves the lifting efficiency.

Cluster well drilling rig

1. The drilling rig can realize continuous operation of multiple wells in single (double) row and large well spacing, and can move well positions in both vertical and horizontal directions;

2. Leapfrog type, single guide rail, double guide rail, multiple moving modes, flexible configuration according to your needs;

3. The vibrating screen tank moves with the main engine part, and the generator room, electric control room, pump unit and other solid control equipment do not need to be moved;

4. The cable sliding system is creatively adopted, and the telescopic cable can be realized by moving the trolley, which is convenient and fast to operate.
