The rubber liner of the ball mill can protect metals or other materials from corrosion by various media. According to the use of the ball mill, our company has designed various specifications of the ball mill lining, and has a certain reasonable patented formula, extremely high wear resistance. The lining frame of the ball mill is made of high-quality aluminum alloy profiles. Compared with metal mines, it has the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, light weight, long service life, convenient installation and replacement, energy saving, and low noise.
According to the pH value of the chemical and mineral pulp, the rubber formula can be independently designed according to different areas and different environmental temperatures to meet customer requirements. The slurry temperature provided by the concentrator and the technical requirements of national and industry standards. After years of practice, our rubber wear-resistant liners are suitable for overflow and multi-chamber ball mills, which can meet the process requirements of one-stage rough grinding and two-stage fine grinding. Adaptation conditions and structural characteristics of ball mill liner:
1. Ore hardness: The wear rate of the ball mill rubber lining and metal lining is related to the hardness of the ore, as shown in Figure 1. Compared with the metal lining, the harder the ore is, the rubber lining is more resistant to wear than the metal lining. Therefore, in the grinding machine, the rubber lining is more convenient to apply in the environment where the ore is harder.
2. Steel ball diameter: Grinder with rubber lining generally needs a steel ball of about 100mm, as shown in Figure 2.
3. Pulp temperature: The temperature in the cylinder of the grinder with rubber lining is generally within 80℃.
4. The pH value of the pulp: the grinder with rubber lining generally requires a pH value of 2-14.
5. Feeding size and shape: The grinding machine with rubber lining requires a feed size of about 12mm.
Structural features:
The service life of the rubber lining largely depends on its structure type, among which the height of the hoisting belt, the distance between the two hoisting belts, and the shape of the hoisting belt are the main factors. Reasonable design of the height of the lifting belt can improve the working efficiency of the grinder and prolong the service life of the rubber lining
