The particle size of the material is large, and the grinding body is required to be mainly impacted. The grinding body should be in a dropped state. Therefore, the inner lining of the grinding chamber has a higher lifting capacity for the grinding body and should have good impact resistance; subsequent warehouses The particle size of the inner material decreases successively. To make the product pulverized to the required fineness, the grinding body should increase the grinding effect in turn, that is, the grinding body needs to roll and slide, that is, the grinding body is in a falling state, so the liner is required to have a good The wear resistance.

Since the movement state of the grinding body depends on the rotation speed of the mill barrel, and the grinding process requires different movement states of the grinding body in each bin, which contradicts the fact that the mill barrel has the same rotation speed. The solution to this contradiction is to use liners with different shapes of surfaces to change the motion state of the grinding body to meet the requirements of the material grinding process, thereby improving grinding efficiency, increasing output, and reducing metal consumption.



Features of rubber lining

The rubber liner is used in the wet raw material mill, which has achieved good results. Compared with high-manganese steel liner, rubber liner has the advantages of light weight, which reduces the labor intensity of installing liner and shortens the maintenance time; light load and lower power consumption, which can generally be reduced by about 10%; long service life , Improve the operation rate of the mill; reduce grinding body consumption by more than 20%; protect the cylinder from slurry abrasion and prolong the service life of the cylinder; low industrial noise, improved operating conditions, and beneficial to the health of workers.

   Ball mill rubber lining is made of high-quality wear-resistant rubber material and molded by a special vulcanization process. It mainly includes cylinder rubber lifting strips, cylinder liners, feed end liners and discharge end grille plates. Compared with metal lining, rubber lining has the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, light weight, long service life, convenient installation and replacement, energy saving, and noise reduction:

  1. Noise reduction: The damping and absorption effect of rubber lining reduces noise. Generally, the noise of rubber lining is 10-15dB lower than that of metal lining.
  2. Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of rubber lining is much higher than that of metal materials, and it can work in acid and alkaline slurry.
  3. Easy installation and maintenance: The density of rubber lining is only 1/6 of that of steel, so it is light in weight and easy to install and unload.
  4. Long service life: especially for hard ores, the service life of rubber lining is usually 2-4 times that of metal lining;
5. Impact resistance and abrasion resistance: The anti-fatigue and abrasive wear ability of rubber lining is higher than that of metal materials, but its anti-rolling abrasion ability is weak, and it is not resistant to repeated impacts of large steel balls. Therefore, the rubber lining is in a ball mill. The inlet and outlet ends, the inlet and outlet ends of the regrind machine, and the barrel body are widely used on the discharge end of the mill.
