The WNGN series inserts are hexagonal in shape of 80°. Their hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance are higher than those of cemented carbide and ceramic tools. They can use high cutting speeds to cut chilled cast iron with high hardness (HS58-68). Its cutting effect is significantly higher than that of other materials.

In the processing of hardened die steel, high-speed cutting with CBN tools can play the role of milling instead of grinding, greatly reducing the workload of manual polishing and greatly improving processing efficiency.
